Virginia Beach is a great destination for a senior class trip! Pair it with a day or two in Williamsburg and now it fits into almost any curriculum. The beachfront hotels offer a chance to view beautiful sunrises, and the gorgeous beaches and crashing waves are a recipe for a good time for you and your students.
Wondering what to do when you have had enough beach time (is there such a thing?). Head into town for a program in the town center. Better yet, if you are a performing group, BE the program in the town center! Or head over to Motor World and challenge your students to a round of mini golf or see who ends up victorious on the go-kart track. There is no shortage of fun just a few miles from the beachfront.
Looking to blend in some educational opportunities? Tour the Naval base in Norfolk or head out to Colonial Williamsburg. There are museums and historical sites to visit and explore, as well as cruises from a variety of harbors. Virginia Beach, where fun and sun come together!
